As a nurse, you've devoted your life to caring for others in one of the world's most important and challenging professions.

We know, because we're nurses, too.

It's time to take care of you - join TNA today! It's easy.  Apply online or give us a call. Together we can shape the future of nursing.

TNA Direct Membership - will keep you abreast of important nursing issues in Texas and offers money saving and professional involvement opportunities.  See more details below!

Ever since a handful of Texas nurses founded Texas Nurses Association in 1907, TNA has advocated to improve the practice and perception of nursing and ensure quality care for all Texans.  From establishing the first university-based curriculum for nursing, to gaining practice and patient advocacy protections, to winning legislation-driven solutions to the nursing shortage, TNA has changed the face of nursing in Texas.

But there's much more to do.  And you can be a part of it.

When you become a member of TNA, you become part of the future change.  TNA is your voice, one heard where it makes a difference, in our professional communities, the health care industry and to government leaders.  You join thousands of Texas nurses in redefining our profession, gaining the recognition and professional satisfaction all nurses deserve - and you have access to a whole range of member benefits.

Membership Option 1: Tri-Level Membership

As a TNA/ANA/District tri-level member, you will have multiple memberships in one!

Along with Texas Nurses Association, tri-level membership includes:

Local District membership, offering access to leadership growth and local-to-national opportunities for visibility and exposure.

American Nurses Association (ANA) membership, including voting privileges, leadership opportunities and access to ANA experts involved in national issues.

Center for American Nurses membership - the workplace advocacy arm of ANA that provides tools for the nurse to be successful in today's nursing workplace environment.

Membership Option 2: TNA Direct Membership

Maybe tri-level membership is not for you right now so if that's the case, consider joining TNA Direct.  This state-only membership organization is a great first step in supporting the nursing profession and connecting with peers.  While it doesn't include all the benefits of the full tri-level ANA/TNA/District membership, it will keep you abreast of important nursing issues in Texas and offers money saving and professional involvement opportunities.
